A Little About us

Our story, we decided to open a multi-vendor marketplace when we realized a few years ago, that our choice of places to go for spending a weekend morning hunting for treasures under one roof locally, had become almost non-existent. Like many people, we both really enjoy going to a vintage shop, flea market, or thrift store in search of just that right item, that we may or may not need! So, we decided it was the right time to open a local marketplace that offered several different vendors wares for sale under one roof. Coastal Finds Marketplace is located on Rt. 1 in Salisbury Mass. in a 3,000+ sq ft building. the place “where you never know what you’ll find.”

A little about us. Jim has worked as a manager for a large retail chain for 25 years. I worked at the former Flukes & Finds & Friends on State Street in Newburyport for 23 years, as a vendor of vintage wares and estate jewelry. I also have an online sales business of 25 years.

We are up for the challenges & benefits of retail in a brick & mortar storefront. We will have an ever changing venue of merchandise for our customers. Our vendors will be working hard to bring fresh merchandise in on a regular basis. So please feel free to drop by to browse or say hello, Happy Shopping! Jim & Kelly


 

Vendor Application

If you are interested in joining us as a vendor Please send us an email & we will provide you with an application to fill out. You can drop it in our mailbox at 25 Bridge Rd Salisbury,MA 01952. mail iT, or send it to our email address, we will get back to you within a few days, to let you know if your items look like they would be a good fit for the marketplace. We will be screening vendor categories to be sure that we don’t have to many of the same types of merchandise, since we only have a limited amount of spaces for rent.   

 

PLEASE NOTE: We will be limiting the amount of new reproduction items in the marketplace.


 
 
 

Consignment

We will consign items with a value of $10.00 & up at a consignment rate of 50/50 split unless it is a higher end item, then the price can be negotiated. In many cases we will purchase smaller items outright instead of consigning. Some examples of

  • Garden & yard-patio-porch & wicker items

    What we do not take unless it is pretty impressive are

  • glassware items

  • china

  • clothing

  • dish sets-unless they are serving pieces

  • Single chairs or any broken items

  • baby items ex. high chairs,cribs,matresses,toys or electronics.

We will work with the consignor to agree upon a fair selling price for an item. After we agree on a price for your item(s) we will fill out a consignment form with your information & a number or name to put you in our POS system so you get credit for your item(s) when they sell. Payment will be made the 1st week of the following month.
